Children’s Ministries

     Our Children's Ministries are a place where children from birth through age 12 learn about God while having fun and making friends.  Our God is amazing and exciting!  When we get together as part of God's family, we celebrate that in amazing and exciting ways!  Whether we're making crafts, singing at the top of our lungs, acting out a Bible story or playing Awana games, we are having a blast learning what it means to be a follower of Jesus.

Sunday School - A time of learning more about God’s Word each Sunday with classes for Infants through grade six. 

Sunday Morning Worship Ministries - Programs for infants through Grade 6 are held during both services.

Nursery - A ministry to infants and toddlers where they learn the love of Christ through tender, loving care. 

Awana - Our Wednesday evening club ministry for age 3 through grade 6 is held from September through April. 

Other Children’s Ministries At Greensburg Alliance

Vacation Bible School - A ministry designed to share the love of Christ with children both inside and outside of our church family. This year, VBS will be held June 16-20, 2008.  Click on link to learn more.

Kids Konvention - A week long children’s ministry focusing on missions is held each year during our annual Missions Conference.

Children’s Christmas Program - Held in December each year it gives the children a chance to use music and drama to actively participate in spreading God’s Word.

Special Events - This year we held a "Harvest Party" in October for elementary age children and their families complete with hay rides and a picnic supper. A "Preschool Valentine Party" for children age 2 through Kindergarten was held in February.
